I consider myself very fortunate to be able to do what I love and love what I do. My life is busy with my business, community and family. I have three children, two wonderful sons that are grown and on their own and my daughter who is 11 and home. I have a wonderful daughter-in-law that has blessed me with one of the most precious gifts, A GRANDAUGHTER, She brings me great joy and makes me smile.
I live in a wonderful little town surrounded by motivated gals that own their own specialty shops. It has been fun collaborating with them to create "one of a kind" art pieces. It seems we usually have an event "in the works" so check out our local website to see what is going on in Dysart: dysartiowa.com.
I purchased this large wonderful piece of history about 4 1/2 years ago and never regretted taking this giant leap and took the chance to follow a dream. My building gave me courage to become the person God meant me to be. I have a saying in my office area "A successful person is a dreamer, whom somebody believed in". I want to encourage everyone if you have a passion to do something...wish for it....dream about it and then JUST DO IT! AND YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID, I promise. I think back if I would have never taken this chance on my dream I would have never known all of the things I can do.
Living in a small community I find myself wearing many hats. I enjoy being a part of the Dysart Historical Society and working with a wonderful group of peaple. I also like being part of the Dysart Ambulance Service and helping others. Another hat that I put on is my Realtor hat, I have been a Realtor for the past 18 years with my Dad and my sister for Carl Luze Real Estate that my Grandfather started several years ago.
In closing, I love my life and feel very blessed to be here. I look forward to meeting you soon. Have a wonderful, blessed, healthy, and happy day. Don't forget to: Dream a little, laugh alot, and smile because life is too short not too. Deb
